iManifest primarily delivers digital products, online courses, educational content, coaching programs, memberships, and downloadable resources. Most purchases are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.
For any physical products, merchandise, or promotional items offered through the platform, shipping times and delivery estimates will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and email addresses to ensure successful delivery of digital content and communications.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, services, memberships, courses, and downloadable content, all sales are generally considered final.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a customer experiences a technical issue preventing access to purchased content or if a duplicate purchase was made in error.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any access or technical issues before determining refund eligibility.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Customers may cancel recurring memberships or subscription services at any time through their account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not typically result in refunds for previously billed periods.
Digital products, downloadable resources, online courses, and completed coaching or consulting services cannot be returned or exchanged once access has been granted.
For live events, workshops, or coaching programs, any cancellation terms specific to the event or program will be outlined on the respective registration page.
