Worldwide Shipping Available

Pattaya Pro Print Co., Ltd. (PPP) ships worldwide from Thailand.

Production timelines vary depending on the product type, quantity, customization requirements, and current production schedule.

Estimated Production Times

  • Standard Apparel Orders: 14-21 business days
  • Custom Teamwear & Club Orders: 14–30 business days
  • Large Bulk Orders: quoted individually
  • Specialty Products: quoted individually

Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped via:

  • DHL Express
  • EMS Thailand Post
  • Other approved carriers

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges imposed by their country.

PPP is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping carriers.

Shipping Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges caused by incorrect addresses may be charged to the buyer.

Custom Products

Because most PPP products are custom manufactured, personalized, or made-to-order, refunds are generally not available once production has begun.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered when:

  • An item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was supplied
  • The order cannot be fulfilled by PPP

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Review Process

Photos and supporting information may be requested before a refund determination is made.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect products supplied
  • Shipping damage

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

PPP will replace products that contain manufacturing defects or production errors.

Exchanges are not available for:

  • Incorrect size selections made by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Customized items approved before production
